These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Infinite Aeroshow ("Service", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Infinite Aeroshow is operated and managed by SFN Luca Co., Ltd.

1. Eligibility and Account

• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Service Description

Infinite Aeroshow is a web-based 3D moving map experience related to flight simulation gameplay data. Features may include real-time flight display, route visualization, and account-based plan features.

The Service is implemented using real-time aircraft information from the Infinite Flight Live API, rendered with CesiumJS, and map/satellite tiles provided through ArcGIS.

3. Plans, Billing, and Subscription

• We may offer Free and paid subscription plans (such as Economy Class and First Class).
• Paid plans are billed in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Subscription renewals, payment failures, upgrades, and cancellations follow the checkout terms shown at purchase time.
• Subscription plan pricing may change at any time in the future.
• Plan upgrades are available, but downgrades are not supported.
• Taxes may be charged where required by applicable law.

4. Refunds

Refund handling follows our Refund Policy and any mandatory local consumer law. If there is a conflict, mandatory law controls to the extent required.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or APIs.
• Interfere with service stability, availability, or security.
• Perform excessive rapid refreshes, automated request flooding, or other abnormal activity intended to degrade, disrupt, or disable the Service.
• Remove, hide, or alter map/data attribution, copyright notices, or other proprietary notices shown in the Service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at abusive levels, or bypass technical protections.

6. Third-Party Services and Content

• The Service may depend on third-party providers (for example maps, authentication, or payment platforms).
• Third-party terms and policies may apply to those portions of the experience.
• We do not own third-party trademarks, brands, or services unless explicitly stated.

6A. ArcGIS Map and Attribution Terms

• Map and satellite imagery in the Service are provided through ArcGIS Location Services and related licensors, and are used for visualization within the Service only.
• You must not scrape, bulk-download, extract, republish, rehost, sublicense, or build standalone datasets from map tiles, imagery, metadata, or other map output shown by the Service.
• You must not cache or store ArcGIS map output except temporary technical caching permitted by applicable HTTP caching headers and required for normal operation of the Service.
• Additional third-party data terms may apply and may be updated by Esri and its licensors, including https://www.esri.com/legal/third-party-data and https://developers.arcgis.com/documentation/esri-and-data-attribution/.

6B. NASA GIBS Night Imagery Attribution

• Some satellite imagery is provided via NASA GIBS (ESDIS).
• NASA does not endorse or sponsor this Service.

Infinite Aeroshow is an independent flight-simulation game data visualization service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Collins Aerospace or its Aeroshow products. We do not claim any ownership in third-party trademarks and do not intend to infringe them. This Service is for entertainment use with flight-simulation gameplay data only, and is not for real-world flight operations, dispatch, fleet management, or aviation navigation.

7. Intellectual Property

Except for third-party content and trademarks, the Service software, design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Availability and Disclaimer

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or continuous availability.
• Certain displayed metrics, including airspeed, Mach number, and outside air temperature, are estimated by the Service because these values are not available from the Live API.
• Service features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, threaten service security, or where required by law. If abuse or abnormal activity is detected (including attempts to destabilize the Service), your account may be suspended regardless of subscription status, and related charges are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law determined by our principal place of business, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
