Infinite Aeroshow is operated and managed by SFN Luca Co., Ltd.
If local law provides non-waivable consumer refund rights, those rights apply.
1. Subscription Charges
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise).
Plan upgrades/downgrades may apply immediately or on next cycle depending on checkout rules.
2. Standard Refund Window
Refund requests are generally considered within 14 days of the latest charge.
After that, refunds are reviewed case-by-case.
Refunds may be granted if a severe service outage or critical malfunction makes normal use substantially impractical for an extended period, subject to verification.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Repeated abuse of refund requests.
Violations of Terms of Service causing account suspension.
If plan pricing changes after your purchase, any resulting price difference is not eligible for compensation, credit, or refund.
Partial-period unused time after cancellation (unless required by law).
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and access follows your paid period
end unless otherwise stated.
