Q1.What platforms does Infinite Aeroshow support?
Infinite Aeroshow currently supports Infinite Flight and VATSIM. Rather than pursuing broad but shallow compatibility, we focus on delivering a more refined and higher-quality experience within the ecosystems that matter most to our audience.
Note: VATSIM support is currently offered in preview, as the API usage approval process has not been completed yet. If that approval is not finalized, VATSIM Mode may be discontinued in the future, and subscription refunds will not be available solely due to that discontinuation.
Q2.What is the difference between Economy Class and First Class?
Economy Class gives you the essential Infinite Aeroshow experience: clean, ad-free viewing with core live tracking and presentation features.
First Class is the full signature experience, with premium view modes, cabin interactions, advanced map enhancements, inflight ambience, and extensive visual customization across the interface.
Q3.Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You may cancel future renewals at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and your plan will not renew after that point.
Q4.Is Infinite Aeroshow designed only for live multiplayer traffic?
Primarily, yes. Infinite Aeroshow is built around the presentation of live network traffic, where real-time movement, routing, and atmosphere are central to the experience. That is where the product performs at its best.
Q5.Can my free trial be extended?
In most cases, no. The trial is intended to provide a fair window to evaluate the platform, including features, performance, and device compatibility. To keep that process consistent for all users, extensions are generally not offered.
Q6.Is there a mobile app?
Infinite Aeroshow is currently offered as a web-based experience rather than a separate native mobile app. It can be used on supported mobile browsers, but the most complete experience is typically enjoyed on larger screens and more capable devices.
Q7.Why is Infinite Aeroshow priced higher than some other trackers?
Because Infinite Aeroshow is not positioned as a run-of-the-mill tracker with endless alternatives. We invest in premium, high-resolution satellite mapping, which is also one of the more expensive parts of the experience, along with richer visual presentation, immersive viewing modes, and a far more cinematic live environment than conventional flight trackers.
The goal is not simply to display aircraft positions. The goal is to deliver a distinctly higher-end viewing experience.
Q8.Is there a forever access option for First Class?
Yes. A First Class Lifetime option is available.
Q9.Can I start with one plan and upgrade later?
Yes. You can begin with Economy Class and upgrade to First Class later if you decide you want the full premium experience.
